Key Account Manager - Revenue Growth Specialist

This is a pivotal role within the sales department, focusing on devising and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. As the primary point of contact for dealerships, this position ensures achievement of sales targets and adherence to recommended sales processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Principals, Sales Directors, and PAG Management level partners.
  • Regularly review and enhance the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Promote active engagement with dealerships and participate in dealer events to foster strong relationships and understand market dynamics.
  • Establish a systematic framework to track and evaluate dealer sales operations and provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • +10 years of working experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or premium goods industry.
Competencies and Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A solid understanding of the premium automotive segment and market dynamics.
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and importation processes.

This position is based in São Paulo and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CRM, and Business Development.
