Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the energy services industry, preferably as a field professional.
Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To utilize expertise in specific aspects of product service lines technology and services portfolio to educate customers, operations, and business development on features, advantages, and benefits of solution offerings.
  2. To work under broad direction, accountable for delivery execution, utilizing detailed knowledge base of sub-product service lines products, services, and solutions to identify customer needs through product knowledge and geographic understanding of challenges.
  3. To aid the business development organization in pursuit of work through customer interaction and internal/external workshops, providing technical recommendations for proposal preparation regarding solution up-sell.
  4. To assist operations and business development in diagnosis and communication of solutions delivery issues.
  5. To help establish strategic direction in the work area through clear understanding of local customer's business drivers and technical challenges, responsible for identifying and executing up-sell strategies within a geography of responsibility.
  6. To maintain an overview of the external market and company marketing strategies by collaborating with the product service line, region/country business development, account, and tech teams to identify opportunities to grow profitable revenue and maintain awareness of technology available from the product service line.
  7. To provide input to product service line technology project priorities through understanding of the market, customer needs, and technology gaps within the geographic customer base.
  8. To execute tactical action plans as set by country management team.
