Event Management Role

This is a key position within our organization, supporting our mission to create positive change in the world.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and execute events that align with our work objectives.
  • Manage event setup, execution, and follow-up activities.
  • Proactively oversee logistics and administrative tasks for events.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Ensure visibility of events through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Develop documents related to events, including presentations and reports.
  • Maintain information systems related to event management.
  • Monitor event performance and identify areas for improvement.

In addition to core responsibilities, this role offers opportunities to design and execute innovative ideas to strengthen event management and development.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree or additional graduate qualifications are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in event management is beneficial, especially with large-scale events.
  • Strong coordination and/or project management skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, marketing, and communication skills are required.
  • The ability to work in ambiguous settings and independently is necessary.

This is a contract role offering flexible working hours, remote work, and priority access to new paid vacancies.
