Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our maintenance and production teams by managing critical equipment, parts, and supplies.

This part-time weekend role ensures the availability and accuracy of maintenance inventory, helping to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage equipment inventory, ordering, stocking, and issuing parts, tools, and supplies to maximize team efficiency.
  • Utilize CMMS and SAP/ERP systems to track, manage, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Support preventative maintenance by ensuring parts are "kitted" and ready for scheduled work.
  • Research and propose new suppliers and parts to improve equipment uptime.
  • Monitor and reduce stock-outs with proactive inventory planning.
  • Help improve systems, processes, and efficiency through continuous improvement and standardization efforts.
  • Support safety and compliance within tool crib areas.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school a plus.
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude required with the ability to identify parts and use measuring tools.
  • Prior experience in tool crib operations, MRO coordination, or parts inventory management.
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office, inventory systems (CMMS, SAP, ERP, etc.).
  • Great communication and collaboration skills.
Physical & Work Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, navigate stairs/ladders, and operate a forklift.
  • Work in both plant and office environments.
  • Sit, stand, or move for extended periods as needed.
  • Occasional extended hours based on business needs.
