For this role, we are looking for an IT Onsite Technician for our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other tech tools and products.
- Provide first and second-level technical support via calls, tickets, and user interaction
- Offer prompt responses to questions from employees and client sites
- Document problems and create knowledge databases
- Provide information and reports to hardware migration teams
- Manage Service Requests, Access Management, User Management, and In-house Onsite Support
- Conduct end-user trainings
- Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple clients. They should also be able to work independently and follow direction and best practices. Additional requirements include language skills, particularly fluency in English, and technical skills that can be advantageous.
