Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled financial operations specialist to assist with month-end accounting and day-to-day financial activities.

This role involves overseeing the monthly accounting cycle, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting. The successful candidate will provide daily support to project accounting teams and stakeholders by responding to queries and troubleshooting issues.

The position requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints and deadlines. Excellent stakeholder management skills and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

Additional requirements include:

  • 3+ years of experience in multinational companies
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, economics, or finance
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Local GAAP and US GAAP
  • English conversational and written proficiency is required
