Sr. Manager Strategic Marketing

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market, exceptional strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation to effectively translate customer needs into compelling value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic marketing planning and omnichannel execution across LATAM.
  • Translate customer insights and data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Drive adoption and execution of marketing best practices across the region.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing and omnichannel marketing communication, preferably in healthcare, medical technology, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
