Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions to our customers by addressing their logistics needs across various industries. This includes providing SAP consulting services, configuring and implementing IMG, and building competencies within our organization to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer requirements in logistics areas for cross-industries.
  • Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on innovation products, mainly S/4HANA and TDF (Tax Declaration Framework).
  • Configure and implement IMG, design/execute implementation packages (e.g. RDS's, Best practices implementation guides).
  • Build competencies at our organization to deliver solutions to customers.
Expectations and Tasks:
  • Be actively involved in the preparation, exploration, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage exploration workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
  • Gain expertise in S4HANA Logistics.
  • Gain expertise in TDF.
  • Provide creative solutions to address customer issues.
  • Deliver billable components that meet customer needs.
  • Execute innovation portfolio serving as primary contact from SAP service areas to deploy and implement solutions.
  • Ensure standard solution usage whenever possible. Provide workarounds when SAP standard solutions do not fit customer scenarios.
  • Evaluate affected processes and scenarios. Ensure proper validation of implemented solutions through minimum test case scenarios execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge on MM standard and localized scenarios (e.g.: Subcontracting, Third Party Purchasing) as well as SD/MM scenarios (Transference between plants);
  • Knowledge on Brazilian localization, main taxes concepts and Brazilian needs for NF issuing and reporting;
  • Knowledge on tax procedure TAXBRA, tax codes setup and main configuration for MM processes. Prior experience on RVXBRA/TAXBRJ migration to RVABRA/TAXBRA;
  • Knowledge on NF-e incoming standard solution and SAP NFE Incoming Automation framework;
  • Experience developing/deploying as MM resource on projects and strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability and good will to pick up knowledge in new areas;
