Eagle and Factset Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support our Eagle and Factset performance teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing business analysis support to drive the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Core Publics Daily BAU (Eagle) & Support LevFin Daily BAU (Factset)
  • Maintain and oversee daily time weighted rate of return calculations across the enterprise performance book of record
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting to support a broad array of business requirements and use cases
  • Investigate and answer questions from internal stakeholders related to performance calculation methods and reporting observations
  • Build and maintain constructive working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Escalate risks promptly and participate in resolution actions
  • Contribute to the upkeep of procedural documentation
  • Identify improvements to create scale, reduce risk and add value
  • Participate in cross-functional working groups and project teams
  • Involvement in requirements gathering, testing, and development work: Eagle to FactSet migration project
  • Involvement in SMA Performance Calculations and reporting oversight – including new 'After-Tax' Calculations and Data Governance (420 portfolios)
