Senior Network Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individual to provide energetic and creative leadership for our network operations and engineering staff.

As the Senior Manager of Network Implementation, you will be responsible for providing converged, world-class, high-performing network services to the entire company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the teams that run the operations and engineering of network and security infrastructure.
  • Develop objectives and key results (OKRs) and gain alignment on those metrics with the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with other leaders in Global Network Services to implement device configuration standards and policies.
  • Hire, train, and supervise the network staff.
  • Responsible for staff salary planning, personnel actions, and performance management process.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of working experience in a customer-driven support role.
  • 6+ years of experience managing a network operations/engineering team for a large enterprise.
  • Experience in managing an environment that includes Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Colocation facilities, and Datacenter facilities.
  • Proven ability to manage workloads using Agile framework.
  • Knowledge of the acquisition, installation, maintenance, and management of networking, telecommunication, and computer/server equipment.
