Physical Therapist Wanted

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Physical Therapists. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care through skilled physical therapy interventions, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of movement disorders, injuries, and physical impairments.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document goals, progress notes, pre-certifications, and physician reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Supervise PTAs and aides as required by state law and maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, and state Practice Act guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT or PTA program (or OT program for Hand Therapist).
  • Current California state licensure (or eligibility).
  • Outpatient rehab experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
