Home-Based Child Behavior Therapist

A compassionate Behavioral Therapist is sought to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, home-based behavior health therapy for children.
This role involves managing a caseload, conducting direct 1:1 therapy sessions, and implementing ABA strategies. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
The successful applicant will possess a valid driver's license, have access to reliable transportation, and be willing to commute to different locations within a 25-35 miles radius.
Job Description- Manage a caseload as assigned by the clinical director
- Conduct home-based direct 1:1 therapy for children under the age of 12
- Implement various ABA strategies and procedures
- Ability to navigate electronic platforms to accommodate telehealth service models
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Motivation to learn new skills and help children
