Physical Therapist Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapist to deliver top-notch home healthcare services to patients of all ages.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. We value our Physical Therapists' commitment to quality patient care and their enthusiasm in providing personalized treatment plans.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one treatment to patients in their homes, documenting patient progress and adapting treatment plans as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals.
  • Work independently as an independent contractor, managing own schedule and preferred coverage areas.
  • Utilize our Electronic Medical Record system for seamless documentation and communication.

Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy.
  • Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Ability to work with diverse patient populations and demonstrate compassion and empathy.
  • Suitable transportation and smartphone access for utilizing our Cliniconnects app.
