Dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide home health services to adults of all ages. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to deliver high-quality care and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functionality, activities of daily living, fine motor skills, home assessments, adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs.
- Develop treatment plans and perform interventions to improve patient wellbeing.
- Monitor, record, and report patient responses and condition changes.
- OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST LICENSE AND REGISTRATION BY THE STATE REQUIRED
- COMPLETION OF AN ACCREDITED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST PROGRAM RECOMMENDED
- BILINGUAL SKILLS ARE A PLUS FOR COMMUNICATION WITH PATIENTS
