- Lead project execution across multiple regions, overseeing facilities such as slaughterhouses, feed mills, utilities, and hatcheries.
- Manage third-party contractors and oversee contract management and project execution in the field.
- Control project budgets, propose improvements, schedule activities, and conduct meetings with customers and suppliers.
- Prepare technical specifications, cost estimation studies, and quantity take-offs.
- Provide technical support for yield, quality, productivity, and HSE practices.
- Assist in technical training and establish maintenance plans for new equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility with working hours and different shifts.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Planning and coordination skills in a multicultural environment.
- Residency in Bandirma.
