Mortgage Loan Originator Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced mortgage loan originator to manage our mortgage portfolio.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the best product for clients and lock loans at the point of sale.
  • Collaborate with administrators and underwriters to oversee work.
  • Ensure timely close requirements and stipulations are met.
  • Manage various loan types, including conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and others.
Requirements:
  • Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
  • Minimum two years of sales experience and two years as a mortgage loan originator.
  • Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
  • Strong phone presentation skills and ability to build client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM/CMS systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to make sound judgments on credit decisions, funding, and post-close issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
