The primary responsibility of this role is to design, implement and maintain effective compliance programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management practices, and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
- Monitor adherence to compliance policies and procedures and report any deviations or concerns to senior management.
