Expert Freelance Software Developer Required

We are seeking an exceptional freelance software developer to collaborate on projects that focus on enhancing GenAI models. As a key contributor, you will work with us to create cutting-edge solutions that address complex reasoning and specialized questions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Rust programming, with experience in testing tools, code review, quality analysis, and CI/CD test integration. Familiarity with Rust tooling, module management, and AI solutions or LLMs in Rust/test automation is also essential.

The role involves generating and reviewing code, evaluating prompts, annotating data, training and evaluating large language models, benchmarking, and sandboxed code execution. You will work with multiple programming languages, including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, SQL, and adapt guidelines for new domains.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with Rust, including testing tools
  • Familiarity with Rust tooling, module management, and AI solutions or LLMs in Rust/test automation
  • Experience in code review, quality analysis, and fixing code issues
  • Advanced English (C1 or above)
