**AI Success Lead Position**

RapidCanvas is a trusted partner for transforming businesses with AI. We offer a hybrid enterprise AI platform that combines autonomous agents with human experts, making enterprise-grade AI accessible to all organizations without massive investment or deep technical expertise.

This role merges solutions architecture with customer success leadership, requiring you to work across pre-sales and post-sales to ensure clients see real business value from our AI capabilities. You will own end-to-end delivery of bespoke AI projects, including solution design, data flow diagrams, and technical workspace setup.

Post-sale, you will own the customer relationship, manage execution and implementation, and track success metrics. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining rigorous documentation, ensuring operational excellence, and identifying expansion opportunities based on solution usage and customer success metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Pre-Sale:
    • Discovery & Solutioning: Partner with Sales and Data Science to deeply understand the customer's business context and challenges.
    • Define clear problem statements, document current state processes, and align on success criteria and KPIs.
    • Design solution architecture and data flow diagrams tailored to each use case.
    • Assess data feasibility and AI-fit for the proposed use case.
  • Post-Sale:
    • Execution & Success: Own the customer relationship post-sale, acting as the single point of accountability.
    • Manage the execution and implementation of the solution, ensuring clarity of scope, timeline, and handoffs.
    • Lead all internal and customer-facing check-ins, with clear agendas, follow-ups, and next-step ownership.
    • Facilitate UAT and deployment, ensuring measurable outcomes are validated.
    • Track and report on success metrics across 30/60/90-day milestones and ensure platform adoption.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Maintain rigorous documentation: dataset inventories, architectural diagrams, solution design docs, etc.
    • Ensure consistent file naming, visual branding, and version control across all customer-facing material.
    • Keep Slack, HubSpot, JIRA, and Confluence spaces current and synchronized.
  • Strategic Growth:
    • Identify expansion opportunities based on solution usage and customer success metrics.
    • Collaborate with Product to feed back client needs and usage patterns into roadmap priorities.
    • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the client, helping them envision and prioritize future AI investments.
    Requirements
    • At least six (6) years in a hybrid technical+customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Customer Success, Engagement Manager, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of applied Data Science, ML, GenAI (e.G., LLM Prompting, RAG).
    • Demonstrated success delivering AI or data-driven solutions in a consulting or startup setting.
    • Excellent storytelling and business value articulation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional project management and follow-through.
    • Global client experience is strongly preferred.
    • Prior experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high expectations for ownership and delivery.
    • Professional fluency in English is required.
