We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Supply Chain team in an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to build their career foundations and make innovative contributions to the future.

About the Role
  • Work on diverse assignments in manufacturing, sourcing, materials management, logistics, quality, and process improvement, as well as health safety and environmental operations.
  • Participate in structured career development, receiving coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning to create opportunities for career acceleration.
  • Attend a significant supply-chain training curriculum, including certification in LEAN Six Sigma, APICS, and Supply Chain processes.
  • Network globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with business leaders.
  • Solve critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or equivalent field of study.
  • A maximum of three years' work experience post-degree is preferred.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) and effective communication skills are essential.
  • Geographical mobility is required due to varying locations.
  • Demonstrate experience and passion for supply chain operations.

  • Occasional remote working from home or another location may be required.
