Technical Resident

The role of a Technical Resident is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of elevator systems. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team and contribute to maintaining and repairing Otis elevators and multibrand equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements on Otis elevators and multibrand equipment, as well as escalator maintenance.
  • Ensure all necessary tasks are completed to maintain perfect working condition of equipment.
  • Complete 100% of the Service Order and 100% of the Maintenance Plan for assigned regions.
  • Proactively detect potential issues to prevent new service calls.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the region.
  • Follow safety procedures to ensure personal safety and user safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma and technical training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, and Electronics.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and training in NR10 and NR35.
  • Experience in maintenance and customer service for elevators and escalators.
  • Residency in Campos dos Goytacazes and possession of a valid B driver's license.
  • Availability for travel.
