Elevator Maintenance Technician Job DescriptionThe role of an elevator maintenance technician is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of elevators and escalators in various settings. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining, repairing, and replacing elevators and escalators to ensure optimal performance;
- Executing routine preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance tasks on Otis and multi-brand elevators;
- Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed within designated regions to guarantee equipment functionality.
To excel in this position, applicants must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and specialized training in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics;
- Familiarity with safety protocols and training in NR10 and NR35;
- Experience in elevator maintenance and customer service.
