We are a leading global Mining-Tech company that enables drilling contractors and resource companies to safely find, mine and define orebodies with precision and at speed.
**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our sales function for a specified area, including achievement and reporting of sales targets for our local team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide input into sales strategy and actively implement strategy as defined for designated Area to achieve financial goals.
- Develop and implement a client contact plan to communicate product launches and engage potential clients in relevant sales campaigns to build new relationships.
- Develop and implement a relationship management plan to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers in client's organisation.
- Secure new accounts, proactively researching new industries to identify needs in the marketplace and ideal client profile.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist with analysing estimates of business value to the customer.
**Requirements**
At least 2 years' team management experience in a similar position.
Completion of Secondary education level.
Desirable - Experience working with client relationship management systems (CRM).
Understanding of relevant industry processes and experience including drilling and mining.
Desirable - Financial budgeting experience.

Commercial, proactive, analytical and sales profile.
Ability to work under strong demand and employ emotional intelligence.
**Language**
English (obligatory).
Spanish (preferential).
