Job Opportunity

As a Python Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams to develop new features for scalable ML/AI solutions.

About the Role
  • You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate with client's team and work alongside designers and engineers
  • Lead engineering teams in developing new features for scalable ML/AI solutions
  • Work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed
  • Create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications
  • Take extreme ownership over your work and consistently deliver high-quality results
Requirements
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a manager, with strong leadership skills
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required
  • Fluent in using Python programming language
  • Experience utilizing JavaScript, JS Frameworks (React, Angular, etc.), and RESTful web services
  • Experience in coding, testing, and software development with the ability to write effective unit, system, and integration tests
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to identify with the goals of clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on commitments
