We are a technology company operating in the sports betting and iGaming industry with offices across multiple regions.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Contracts & Customer Success professional to join our team. As a key member of our Legal, Compliance, and Sales departments, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless experience to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and efficient contract workflows.
  • Support the Legal and Compliance departments with translations, communications, and compliance operations.
  • Manage contract workflows with the Sales team to meet deadlines.
  • Assist with KYC, client onboarding, and Due Diligence processes.
  • Provide support on general corporate matters while liaising with Head Office.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • IT proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft/Google Workspace.
