We are seeking a skilled Senior Piping Designer to join our team. As a Senior Piping Designer, you will play a crucial role in the development of conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering for industrial piping systems.
Main Responsibilities- Support the development of conceptual designs for industrial piping systems.
- Prepare technical project documentation, including piping layouts, isometrics, material lists, and engineering diagrams.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with company standards, procedures, and applicable codes.
- Collaborate with engineers to analyze flexibility and perform calculations involving pumps, compressors, and utility systems.
This position requires minimum 8-10 years of experience in industrial piping system development.
A strong understanding of national and international standards such as AWS D1.1, ABNT, ASME/ANSI B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME VIII Div. I, II & III, API 610, API 661, API 650, API 560, NEMA 23, among others is essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team and under supervision.
A dynamic professional with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desired.
Key Qualifications- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in industrial piping system development.
- Experience with projects in mining, oil & gas, chemical, or petrochemical plants.
- Proficiency in 3D design platforms, particularly AutoCAD Plant 3D and SmartPlant.
- Advanced knowledge of national and international standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
