Dispute Processing Operations Manager

We're seeking a meticulous and organized professional to manage dispute processing operations with precision and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, formatting, and mailing dispute letters with impeccable accuracy and timely turnaround.
They will import credit bureau reports into Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) and initiate dispute workflows in under five minutes per case.
Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain secure client portal access, upload required documents, and ensure organized records are kept.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy are essential requirements of this role, particularly in high-volume, repetitive processes.
Quality checks must be performed to reduce errors and rework; processes should be documented and improved as needed.
Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to meet SLAs and support smooth client onboarding.
Familiarity with document handling, PDF tools, and basic spreadsheet usage is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Advanced fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Hands-on experience with Credit Repair Cloud (CRC)
- Proven ability to follow SOPs, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- High integrity and adherence to data privacy standards when handling sensitive PII
