Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee our restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and train a team of 10-30 employees.

The role involves supervising daily restaurant activities, ensuring high-quality service, managing inventory, and participating in sales and revenue optimization.

As a key member of our resort team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising daily restaurant operations, including setting up, serving, and cleaning
  • Managing inventory, orders, and stock levels
  • Coordinating with the management to achieve business objectives
  • Developing additional sales strategies and contributing to revenue growth
