As a network support specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our network services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide remote technical assistance to clients experiencing connectivity issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Remote Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems via phone, email, or chat support.
  • Configure and Manage Network Devices: Set up and manage network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Diagnose and Resolve Network Problems: Perform connectivity tests and diagnose network issues to quickly identify and fix problems.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement new network solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in computer networks and relevant experience in remote customer service and chat support.

You will possess solid knowledge of network protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and familiarity with switches, routers, and firewalls.
