We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide engineering support to ensure the reliability, operability, availability, and maintainability of equipment, process/systems, and people.
The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing Reliability and Integrity Management Process (RIM) programs, leading maintenance philosophies review, and providing reliability data interpretation, analysis, and reporting.
Additionally, the candidate should be able to develop and calculate reliability metrics, coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) Group, and support asset expense and capital projects.
The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be well-versed in engineering codes, industry standards, and practices, and have experience in Process Engineering and Project Engineering.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Reliability and Integrity Management Process (RIM) programs
- Lead maintenance philosophies review in collaboration with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) personnel on existing and new equipment through Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and/or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) philosophies
- Provide reliability data interpretation, analysis, and reporting
- Develop and calculate reliability metrics as basis for reliability improvements/programs
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) Group in implementing inspection/reliability programs
- Support asset expense and capital projects to ensure quality, timeliness, cost effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with OE requirements, engineering and industry codes and standards, QA/QC programs and government regulations
- Coach and mentor other engineers to develop their skills and competencies
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial
- At least 5 years of working experience in Reliability and/or Maintenance Engineering
- Preferably with experience in facilitating RCM and/or FMEA workshops
- Well-versed in engineering codes, industry standards and practices
- Experience in Process Engineering and Project Engineering an advantage
