About the Role
  • This is a key role in helping us build and prepare a strong team, drive our recruitment process forward, and achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to proactively understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to implement best practices in talent acquisition and management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Source and attract top talent from diverse backgrounds and industries, focusing on advanced English communication skills and experience recruiting at various levels of seniority.
  • Utilize technology (ATS) and social media (LinkedIn) to enhance recruitment efforts and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to meet the organization's growing needs.
Requirements
  • Advanced English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Previous experience recruiting across all levels of seniority.
  • Experience working in IT companies.
  • Knowledge of technology terms, mainly programming languages, and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with using technology (ATS) and social media (LinkedIn) in recruitment efforts.
  • Innovative approach to sourcing strategies for the organization.
