Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Ad Operations Expert to drive campaign success across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of social media advertising and programmatic systems, ensuring seamless ad trafficking requests and efficient workflow management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and launch targeted ad campaigns on social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads, and other major DSPs.
  • Manage ad trafficking requests through internal ticketing systems, prioritizing urgent needs and optimizing campaign setup efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a streamlined workflow for campaign creation.
  • Apply granular audience targeting and campaign settings as specified by account teams.
  • Implement creative best practices for each channel, understanding content placement and customization requirements to minimize QA back-and-forth.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Platform Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of social media advertising platforms and programmatic systems.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with programmatic advertising, including platforms like The Trade Desk or other major DSPs.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in campaign setup, targeting parameters, and creative specifications.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Time Zone Compatibility: Must be available to work within PST to EST time zones.
