Job Overview:

The role of Marketing Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for developing and driving strategic marketing objectives. This includes involvement in setting business direction, meeting revenue targets, and building a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops annual and long-term objectives for direct reports with Director interaction, measures performance against success criteria, and provides feedback.
  • Manages execution of channel plans consistent with product messaging strategies.
  • Leverages marketing research and analysis to make strategic choices.
  • Develops/executes integrated franchise marketing plans and budgets annually, resolving issues within the core team and franchise.
  • Identifies new business/acquisition opportunities for the franchise.
  • Directs/supports product managers in core team activities/responsibilities and oversees completion of PDM requirements.
  • Works alongside global marketing counterparts to plan and execute strategies.
  • Applies team/franchise/industry knowledge to solve project issues.
  • Works within current systems to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborates with managers in key functional areas, including R&D, sales, reimbursement, and regulatory to drive business objectives.
  • Raises and facilitates resolution to difficult personal and process conflicts or issues within the team.
  • Demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality, understanding and complying with all relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Marketing
  • Solid knowledge in P&L management/analysis
  • Fluent English
  • Driver's license
