Key Responsibilities
  • You will lead quality assurance initiatives and shape testing processes to ensure high-quality software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve excellence in delivery while fostering continuous improvement.
  • Design robust automated testing frameworks for diverse applications.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to define comprehensive test plans and strategies.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in testing methodologies and tools across projects.
  • Perform risk analysis and provide insights to enhance product quality and performance.
  • Mentor junior QA team members, promoting professional development and a culture of learning.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies to improve automation processes.
Required Skills

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cucumber.
  • In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in CI/CD integration with tools like Jenkins or Git.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with performance testing and tools like JMeter or Gatling.
  • Familiarity with API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman or Rest Assured).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based environments (AWS or Azure) and microservices architecture.
