Johnson Electric is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Plant Manager to lead our Aruja, Sao Paulo, Brazil facility to new heights of productivity and efficiency. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with production goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational performance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing excellence, quality, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging lean operational practices.
  • Drive talent development and succession planning to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Provide strategic guidance on manufacturing operations, including capacity planning, supply chain management, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in an automotive environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence.
  • Advanced professional English language skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience in conflict management and negotiation.
