The role of MEP Systems Integration Specialist is a key position in our team, responsible for ensuring seamless integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in construction projects.
- Support project engineers in planning and coordinating MEP systems to achieve efficient project delivery
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of technical documentation, including drawings, materials, calculations, method statements, and reports
- Monitor and track submittal approvals to uphold timelines and quality expectations
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated site execution
- Provide timely resolutions to site technical issues
- Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and compliance
- Ensure installations meet local and international codes, standards, and project specifications
- Assist with quantity take-offs, procurement, and logistics of MEP materials
- Contribute to as-built documentation and final handover packages
- Participate in meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required)
- 5 years of technical experience in MEP construction
- Solid knowledge of MEP systems and design processes
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Revit preferred
- Familiarity with Autodesk tools and collaborative platforms
- Strong understanding of design techniques and emerging technologies
- Knowledge of relevant international and regional codes and standards
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
