Job Title: MEP Technical Engineer

A career as an MEP Technical Engineer offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from residential buildings to industrial facilities.

As a technical engineer, your role will involve supporting project engineers in planning and designing MEP systems for efficient project delivery. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing technical submittals, including drawings, materials, calculations, method statements, and reports.

Maintaining accuracy and completeness of technical documentation is also a key aspect of this role. You will need to monitor and track submittal approvals to ensure that timelines and quality expectations are upheld.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, as you will be working closely with other disciplines to ensure integrated site execution. Timely resolutions to site technical issues will also be a priority.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least five years of technical experience in MEP construction. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and design processes is required, as well as proficiency in MS Office and experience with Revit.

Knowledge of relevant international and regional codes and standards, along with excellent negotiation skills, will also be advantageous. The ability to contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence is essential for success in this role.
