Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role. As an Indirect Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with tax reporting, compliance, planning and tax audits to maximize tax savings opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance/accounting, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver complex solutions without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate tax reports
  • Understand tax reporting positions
  • Contribute to SOX Process
  • Analyze tax aspects of forecast
  • Work with internal providers on tax issues
  • Work with external provider on tax issues
  • Support reporting obligations
  • Assist with tax planning strategy
  • Support M&A, restructuring
  • Respond to Government requests

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, or related field
  • Advanced English
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in tax
  • CPA & advance degree with an emphasis in taxation
  • Basic knowledge of US international tax law and regulations
  • US GAAP Financial Accounting/ASC 740 knowledge
  • Understanding tax implications of multi-national company
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex solutions without supervision
  • Strong analytical & problems solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
