About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance with experience in financial planning, budgeting and control. They will be able to develop complex dashboards using business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner for various business units providing guidance on financial and operational decisions.
  • Develop methodologies for monitoring key performance indicators generating regular reports and insights for management.
  • Collaborate with business teams to develop strategies driving revenue growth cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead the preparation of financial presentations for senior leadership ensuring clarity and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance is a plus.
  • Fluency in English reading writing and speaking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis planning budgeting and control.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the veterinary industry.
  • Experience with ERP systems and other accounting and tax management tools.
