Business Finance Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Business Finance Specialist to join our team as a strategic partner. This role will involve collaborating with various business units to provide expert financial guidance and support, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, accounting, or economics, with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Conducting in-depth financial analyses and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Preparing and delivering high-quality financial and strategic presentations to executive leaders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and control.
  • Proven expertise in Power BI, Oracle Hyperion, and Smart View, including dashboard development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in the finance industry is highly valued, but not required.
