Business Planning Analyst

This role involves analyzing key performance indicators to inform decision-making, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to maximize sell-in and minimize inventory risk.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and share campaign results, new releases, and volume drivers to ensure effective delivery.
  • Produce and share weekly/monthly reports with stakeholders, providing suggestions to maintain the lowest inventory risk and maximize opportunities.
  • Achieve periodic suggestions to customers to ensure stock through replenishment or withdrawals of products and markdowns.
  • Contribute to regular meetings with Sales teams and their respective customers by performing sell-out results reports.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities (Formulas, Macros, and complex Pivot Tables).
  • Strong analytical capacity and planning skills.
  • Self-management capacity.
  • Process development and process improvement abilities.
