We tackle a wide range of challenges, from search and recommendation systems to customer experience enhancement using ML. Our passion lies in applying the scientific method to develop LLM-powered applications and continually improve current models or create new ones.

Your Role
  • Architect, develop, and deploy machine learning systems to production.
  • Design and execute experiments to enhance current models or create new ones.
  • Analyze diverse datasets to refine existing models or design innovative ones.
  • Apply the scientific method to build LLM-powered applications, including testing different prompts, exploring LLM capabilities, evaluating agents and prompts, assessing AI application guardrails, and building proof-of-concepts to validate the feasibility of generative AI for product features.
Key Requirements
  • Profound knowledge of machine learning concepts: regression, classification, clustering, neural networks, feature selection, cross-validation, curse of dimensionality, bias-variance tradeoff, model explainability, etc.
  • Sound understanding of engineering challenges for deploying machine learning systems to production.
  • Proficiency in Python and some experience with Deep Learning.
  • Experience providing technical guidance to other data scientists (technical leadership).
  • Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills.
What Sets You Apart
  • Hold an MSc. (or equivalent) in machine learning, data science, information retrieval, ranking systems, recommender systems, natural language processing, or other relevant fields.
  • Have experience with applied generative AI: AI agents, prompt engineering, LLMs fine-tuning (LoRA, QuLoRA, PEFT), LLM routing, LLM monitoring, LLM guardrails.
  • Have experience working at fast-growing startups.
