Business Software Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Software Specialist to join our team.

The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design solutions that align with business needs, driving the project's design phase. As a Business Software Specialist, you will take ownership of developing and seamlessly integrating new features within Dynamics BC, enhancing operational efficiency. You will also conduct thorough system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure peak performance and value delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business needs.
  • Develop, customize, and integrate new features and functionalities within the Dynamics BC system.
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and documentation guidelines.

Key qualifications include:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 5+ Years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics BC and/or NAV.
  3. 5+ Years of experience working with C/AL and/or AL.
  4. 5+ Years of experience working with Reports Development in Dynamics BC and/or NAV.
  5. 5+ Years of experience working with SQL Server.
  6. 3+ Years of experience working with Integration with third-party systems.
  7. 2+ Years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform.
  8. Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
