Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert

This role is based in either Belo Horizonte or São Paulo and offers a unique opportunity to develop technical solutions for industrial control systems.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent training, preferably in electrical, mechatronics, automation, or electronics engineering.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in specification and design of electric drive panels is required.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency is necessary, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, are essential.
  • Ability to manage time and activities effectively, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Availability for national travel, estimated at 30-40% of total work time.

Scope of Position:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support customers in identifying the best technical and commercial solutions for their Industrial Controls/Electrical Drives demands.
  • Collaborate with technical consulting, sales, and marketing areas to acquire new customers, expand market reach, and generate recurring business opportunities.
