We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating and managing complex technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients within the fleet management domain.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of both operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT), as well as experience in defining and analyzing requirements, designing scalable and secure solutions, and working with cross-functional teams.

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for:

  • Working with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and turn them into complete technical solutions.
  • Acting as the bridge between the business and technology in every stage of the product and project lifecycle.
  • Providing technical leadership to development teams and ensuring they follow best practices, industry standards, architectural patterns, and guardrails.
  • Maintaining knowledge of new technologies and industry trends related to mining and autonomous systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience as a Solutions Architect, designing and implementing complex technical solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of system architecture, software development methodologies, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
