Our team is looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join us as a Market Intelligence Specialist. This role will involve working with country leads to develop market research programs, aligning on methodologies, and creating business recommendations.

As a Market Intelligence Specialist, you will partner with the Marketing team on critical projects, providing market trends, consumer learnings, and competitive analysis. You will also foster relationships with internal stakeholders, manage relationships with research agencies, and help define strategies for clients.

Responsibilities include collaborating with country leads to develop market research programs, partnering with the Marketing team, and managing relationships with research agencies. You will also be responsible for defining strategies for clients and supporting Sales and Marketing teams with insights for creative, strategic, or consulting purposes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing research, data, analytics, or insights. They will be proficient in a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. The candidate will also have strong ability to communicate complex data to diverse audiences.

Requirements include proficiency in Power Point and/or equivalent tools, fluency in Portuguese and English, and Spanish language skills. The candidate will also be able to lead cross-functional projects, work with people at all levels both internally and externally, and have strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic project management skills.
