Procurement Specialist

Job Overview:

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and supplies for our organization. You will be responsible for formulating procurement plans, managing purchase orders, and developing administrative supplier resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing necessary supplies and coordinating administrative tasks such as phone cards, rental rooms, car reservations, and visa docking suppliers for employees.
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet the organization's needs.
  • Responsible for issuing, tracking, accepting, and coordinating payment for purchase orders to ensure smooth procurement processes.
  • Creating and maintaining lists of qualified suppliers and analyzing market trends to control costs and achieve efficiency increases.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing procurement contracts to ensure compliance and prevent risks.
  • Ongoing optimization of the procurement process and promoting improvement and implementation of the procurement system.
  • Regularly organizing procurement data, preparing reports, and providing decision-making support to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate communication and implementation of procurement needs.
