The primary responsibility of this role involves the development of hydraulic systems for agricultural products produced in Latin America. The product life cycle spans from initial design through product support in the field.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Designing, sizing, and analyzing hydraulic system circuits.">
  • Creating specifications for hydraulic components and supplier market tests.">
  • Developing validation plans, defining hydraulic test methods, and analyzing test data to ensure robust and accurate performance of hydraulic system designs.">
  • Collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams on quality and reliability issues.">
  • Defining and creating hydraulic circuits and schematics.">
  • Selecting and sizing components, designing circuit layouts, planning projects, evaluating costs, and directing the release of system documentation.">
  • Effective communication and teamwork are essential, as this role interfaces closely with a global team.">

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.">
  • Relevant hydraulic design experience or similar preferred.">
  • Experience working with mobile equipment and agriculture industries.">
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.">
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.">

Preferred qualifications include experience with CREO/Teamcenter, Automation Studio, or similar software, as well as the ability to travel domestically (up to 30%).
