Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for negotiating with suppliers, analyzing market trends, and implementing sourcing strategies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, and will possess excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. You will also be fluent in English and Portuguese, and have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Implement sourcing strategies to meet business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
