International Cargo Logistics Specialist

As a strategic and operational leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing the international movement of oversized and complex cargo.
Day-to-day, you will collaborate with teams across procurement, engineering, project management, and external transport providers to ensure compliance with Brazilian customs regulations.
You will lead logistics planning during bid phases, ensuring cost estimation and feasibility of transport solutions. Additionally, you will prepare and validate transport specifications for RFPs and negotiate technical and financial proposals.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cost control and budget management, as well as demonstrated knowledge of Brazilian customs procedures.
- University degree in international transport, logistics, or supply chain management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics, with proven expertise in Out of Gauge transport
- Strategic thinking and operational execution skills
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
